Please note that the library is Card Swipe Access only for all open hours. You must have your Catawba One Card to enter!
Masks are required for entry. Please follow all signage. Maximum capacity is limited to 100 persons.
In order to maintain social distancing guidelines, the library and various spaces within will have guidelines for Maximum Capacity. Please follow these guidelines and maintain appropriate distance.
Additionally, there may be a person at the door monitoring maximum capacity. If the library has reached maximum capacity (100), you may be asked to wait to enter. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Library common areas and equipment, study rooms (limited to capacity), certain computers, and all photocopiers are available for use. Cleaning supplies are readily available throughout the Library and we encourage patrons to engage in frequent cleaning when using common surfaces, and to wash and sanitize their hands often.
While you are in the library, please follow all directional signage for stairwells, as well as floor markings to maintain appropriate distance. Furniture has been relocated and every other computer is available in the common computing areas to facilitate appropriate distancing. There are signs to provide additional reminders on social distancing practices, mask requirements, and good hygiene practices.
Due to COVID-19 precautions, we are unable to have members of the public in the library for Fall 2020.
