Please note that the library is Card Swipe Access only for all open hours. You must have your Catawba One Card to enter!
Masks are required for entry. Please follow all signage.
Library common areas and equipment, study rooms (limited to capacity), certain computers, and all photocopiers are available for use. Hand sanitizers and cleaning supplies are available throughout the Library and we encourage patrons to engage in frequent cleaning when using common surfaces, and to wash and sanitize their hands often.
While you are in the library, please maintain appropriate distance from others. Furniture has been relocated and every other computer is available in the common computing areas to facilitate appropriate distancing. There are signs to provide additional reminders on social distancing practices, mask requirements, and good hygiene practices.
Due to COVID precautions, we are unable to have members of the public in the library for Spring 2022.
If you require assistance with Federal Depository items, please email Constance Grant. Also, please be aware that there is a wide variety of government information available online. See our Government Documents research guide, or Discover Government Information here.
If you are already registered with us as a Community Borrower, we may be able to check out items to you from our Circulating (Main) Collection, our Juvenile Collection, and Government Documents. For this service, find the item in our Online Catalog and send an email to Constance Grant. We regret that we are unable to register new community borrowers at this time.
